Cutting natural stone using an angle grinder with our diamond blades, comparison

Updated: Aug 22, 2021

To illustrate to you the difference between our discs in natural stone cutting with an angle grinder, we decided to show the differences in the cutting speed versus the length of the disc in the graph below:

The graph shows the cutting speed versus the lifetime of the blade in sawing 30 mm thick natural stone (granite, sandstone, Caesarstone, etc) 30 mm thick. we tested the quality of the cut from 3 to 5, with 3 rated as a good cut, 4 rated as a clean-cut, and 5 rated as a fine cut. The test was performed with a 230mm (9 ") angle grinder with a power of 2.5Kw and a rotational speed of 6,500RPM for a sawing depth of 6 cm. The test was performed at a temperature of about 25 degrees Celsius.
